During the first Trump administration, Dr. Mark Moyar served as a senior political appointee at USAID where he encountered shocking waste, fraud, and abuse. As an agency executive, Moyar discovered evidence of corruption involving five career USAID bureaucrats, as well as contractors and, but when he reported the information, the agency came after him instead of the corrupt bureaucrats.
